I work from my own company, Soena, for Rinkel Film and Docs.
As an externally certified LVV* registered confidential advisor, you can come to me if you are dealing with unwanted behavior, such as bullying, aggression and violence, discrimination, and sexual harassment at work / on set.
But also when it comes to (suspicions of) integrity violations.
This applies to everyone currently working for Rinkel Film and Docs and to employees who were working there up to about 2 years ago.
I am committed to standing by your side and guiding you well through difficult situations in the workplace. As a confidential advisor, I provide confidential initial support (online or on location), lend a listening ear, and help think about next steps that suit you, such as referring you to (support) organizations. Every step is taken in consultation with you, with you in control. And upon request, I also provide information sessions within organizations.
My motto is: reach out to me; even if you're not sure if your situation is the right fit. Sharing your situation often gives you more insight into what has happened to you. Together we can move forward.
What else can I, as an external confidential advisor, do for you?
- brainstorm and provide guidance on dilemmas on a collegial level;
- advise on (de)escalation options;
- inform about the rules, procedures, and agreements;
- support you if you want to file an official complaint with the independent complaints committee (more information see organization's complaints procedure);
Furthermore, I always handle reports of unwanted behavior confidentially, and when in contact with management, I provide information anonymously and only in broad terms (or not at all). I also have a duty of confidentiality. However, there are legal provisions that limit the duty of confidentiality. For more information, please see this attachment.
